In my previous role, I was responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of Passenger Boarding Bridges and Baggage Conveyor Systems and related controls equipment, componenets and systems.

• Deliver, generate, and support technical training and content (Job Aids and Service Pointers), self-help and technician videos, and product-based curriculum
• Own the development of all training materials, ensuring the needs of the business are met
• Balance and lead a complex roadmap of activities focused on key milestones and initiatives
• Meet or exceed key performance indicator metrics for performance and sales goals
