Financial Representative Cover Letter

Previously, I was responsible for direction and requirements for cyber and IT related risk coverage in the third party risk management program by providing input on the scope of assessments, on-boarding and exit requirements based on the services, products and data arrangement between BHF and third party.

• Analyzing accounts and billing(s) to ensure accuracy submissions
• Explains and assists with all discount programs as they relate to the patient's financial responsibility
• If changes are made to patient information, such as insurance benefits or priority, those changes will be communicated to the departments that have a need to know
• Collaborates with Social Services, clinical staff, and / or outsourcing company to assist patients / families in completing assistance program applications and determining eligibility and coverage
• Completing daily electronic call logs
• Adhering to privacy rules
• Connecting callers with leadership as needed
