In my previous role, I was responsible for care management (assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation) to employees at risk for communicable disease exposure in a coordinated manner.

• Disseminates information on available public health services primarily to residents of economically depressed neighborhoods, either individually or as a member of a team
• Accompanies student on bus to and from school
• Provides emergency, diabetic, and first aid care
• Notifies the need for immunizations, physicals, authorizations for medication, action plans for serious health conditions with the nurses's direction
• To carry out self-care programs with students including feeding, tooth brushing and grooming
• Provides a clean and safe environment for the client by performing light housekeeping tasks such as doing patient's personal laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting of the patient's immediate environment and tidying the bathroom after bathing the patient
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respirations and weight
• Provides nutritional support by feeding patient, maintaining intake and output records as requested, weighs patient, and is able to understand and operate gastric feeding devices
