• Home infusion experience preferred
• Critical Care or inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in NYS with extensive experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation medicine
• Experience with admissions and case management

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, physical, occupational or speech therapy
• Solid understanding of Clinical & Medical terminology
• Experience with Hospice or Palliative Care Program or Oncology services
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech and language pathology
• A track record of successful experience in a health care setting, strong interpersonal skills, and experience working with physicians, nursing management, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers
• Experience in clinical research setting is preferred
• Willing to travel throughout Sonoma County
• RN licensed in the state(s) of practice
