Server PM Cover Letter

I submit this application to express my sincere interest in the server PM position.

Previously, I was responsible for fast, friendly and courteous service in assigned area, to every customer, every time, while taking and serving beverage orders.

Please consider my experience and qualifications for this position:

• Have knowledge of all beverages served
• Coordinate the hot and cold food and place the hot food in a hot box when ready to be delivered
• The server will take food orders and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques
• Report to the Restaurant Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of and banquet equipment
• Taking orders accurately and inputting into kitchen food management and ordering system
• Answering any guest questions about the menu
• Perform all other sidework
• Serves high quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly and attractive in appearance
