In the previous role, I was responsible for staff level administration in assigned regions or zones of Personal Lines Underwriting policies, procedures, practices, rules and other criteria to accomplish Underwriting objectives; develops and carries out programs designed to provide continuous analysis of Personal Lines Underwriting problem areas; evaluates performance of Regional Underwriting operations (includes Auto, Personal Fire and Homeowners Package, Personal Inland Marine and Boats and Mobile Home Policies).

• Prepares underwriting hand-off sheets and renewal information for Shared Services
• Works with Shared Services to facilitate booking and issuing polices, and mid-term endorsement requests
• Analyzes the policy submissions in detail to ensure policy issuance information is accurate and completed
• Conducts quality control of issued policies and accurate file maintenance, included but not limited to the adherence to division specific guidelines and procedures
