- Ensures that activities’ plan of care is routinely reviewed and revised with input from other professionals, residents and their families
- Works with the hospital volunteer coordinator to establish and maintain a volunteer program on the Skilled Nursing Unit
- Maintains documentation as required by Director/Manager of Nursing
- Provides routine and procedural hygienic needs to patients
