- Assists in the repair and maintenance of light commercial and/or multi-unit residential facilities
- Repairs drywall, painted surfaces, hard surface materials, various floor coverings, suspended ceilings systems and other general carpentry/maintenance related tasks under the direction of journey level skilled trades staff
