Work with 3PL on compliance and continuos improvements – delivery lead time, processes and billings
Identify and implement the most appropriate and viable logistics solutions for our customers
Anticipate and prepare action plans for contingencies and potential service issues – peak season and disruptions
Identifying, selecting and on-boarding of new service providers – design and implementation of SOP and SLA
Working closely with warehouse and CS teams to improve processes – reverse logistics, special projects
Co-ordinating and monitoring cross border activities and customs & trade issues
Working with IT team to enhance processes through systems integration
Receives raw materials and packaging supplies, including count materials received, compare actual to invoice, notice discrepancies, complete paperwork, code items, and store items in proper place
Transports pallets or individual containers of finished goods to storage area using forklift, pallet dolly, or other equipment, as required
Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may impact on-time and accurate delivery
