- Work effectively with team to ensure successful delivery to customer
- The CNC Machinist will set up and operation of diverse types of equipment used to manufacture various types of medical instruments/implants within established manufacturing processes, GMP's, and quality requirements
- Produce parts in accordance with the production plan provided by the manufacturing supervisor
- Optimize production by performing secondary work such as deburring, vibratory, and any hand work preparing for the next job, organizing and cleaning the cell, and helping others to do the same while machines are running

- Ability to make and/or recommend adjustment to regulate part configuration both manually and through machine controls along with the understanding of basic shop math to perform needed calculations
- Setup to operation to produce parts and tools from metal, plastic or other materials
- Setup and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machining center on a large variety of material
