- Oversee Player Service Operations including training and day to day services

- Oversee Merchandising by receiving, tagging and displaying all merchandise with the help of our PGM Intern and Golf Shop Assistant

- Assist with guest registration and fee collection
- Assist with Resort and Day group tournament activities including planning, pre-tournament requirements, course set-up, scoring, prizes, billing and follow up (this will require working directly with the Group Contact and Resort Conference Planner)
