- Must follow Massage Envy policies and protocols
- Performing high-quality treatment services with complete focus on the customer
- Recommending wellness plans, upgrades and products based on customer needs
- Creating a warm, fun, friendly relationship with members and guests, encouraging massage treatments on a regular basis and educating them on the appropriate bodywork for their needs
- Providing enhanced therapies suited to each customer’s need, including Aromatherapy Treatments, Enhanced Muscle Therapy Treatments, and Exfoliating Foot Treatments, according to our protocols
- Maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms, fresh for each customer
- Utilizing Massage Envy draping protocols
- Promote the health, wellness and frequency benefits of massages

- Reliable, punctual attendance

- Completing Wellness Chart documentation accurately and completely
- Must have a valid California or County of Santa Barbara Massage License
- High commission potential
- Massage Therapy License for the state of Pennsylvania is required
- Massage Therapy chair would be need to be provided and supplies
- Knowledge of and experience in customizing each session to the clients needs knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities offered by Massage Envy
