- Providing quality supervision of residents, medical students, Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs) and other clinical staff at the site

- Prepare and review routine billing reports
- Maintain and improve technical knowledge of billing diagnosis codes, procedure codes and modifiers

OB-GYN Job Description
- Provide high quality obstetric and gynecological care to Open Door patients, with a focus on gynecology
- This role will focus on scheduling for our providers at Aspirus OB/GYN
- Answer 75-125 inbound calls per day to schedule patient appointments following established protocols that promote physician and patient satisfaction, schedule efficiencies
- Coordinate multiple schedules and for multiple providers and resources
- Place outbound calls to patients to schedule follow up and referral appointments, and reschedule missed appointments in order to promote continuity of care
- Inform patients of appropriate protocol to follow to complete their scheduled appointment informing the patient which medication to hold and any pre-procedural instructions
- Work with technologists and physicians to coordinate STAT scheduling of appointments
- Provide in-house 24 hour obstetrics coverage in labor and delivery unit on scheduled shifts
- Respond to Emergency Department requests for consults when on service
