- Complete all required quality and food safety training
- Prioritizes and assigns daily sanitation tasks and coordinate sanitation issues & activities within the department and among other appropriate departments

- Validates sanitation effectiveness with visual inspection and swab performance (ATP, Microbial, Allergen, ), and chemical concentrations for program compliance

Sanitation Job Description
- Rinse, foam, scrub and sanitize production equipment ensuring that all areas meet Quality Control and CFIA standards
- Work cooperatively with the Maintenance Department to ensure internal parts of equipment are cleaned and sanitized
- Responsible to ensure that all processing machinery is cleaned to specification of all food safety regulations and guidelines to minimize potential food safety risks
