- Perform EPIC inspection per instruction to be done hourly, at start-up, and during changeovers
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and tri-monthly (per work order instructions) maintenance on the machine according to the rotational maintenance schedule

- Surface mount technology (SMT) machine operators work with SMT machines which solder small parts such as circuits, transformers, sockets, and other electronic components
- Good manual dexterity is necessary to position, align, and place components for SMT machines, which must be tended by replenishing their supplies and programming them in an efficient manner
