- Responsible for all aspects of dish/pot washing including but not limited to
- Stocking stores
- Setting up and tearing down for wine tastings and events
- Clean and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas assigned

- Clean dishes, glasses, cutlery using dish-washer and by hand
- Set up work station as required including filling dish machine, checking chemical levels, presoaking, and gathering required set-up equipment for appropriate work stations

- Stock and maintain the Employee Cafeteria ensuring that employee meals are provided in a timely manner with the proper utensils and products for the meal of the day and the cafeteria remains clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Clean and maintain with supplies, the employee restrooms

- Cleans, washes, dries and polishes all items processed through the dishwashing area using the machinery, equipment and products provided
