Develop and manage to completion specific projects as directed by the Project Director and the Head of Training
Recommend, develop and implement procedures, processes and controls to ensure compliance with defined policies

Provide support and advice related to training to the TTS senior executive team in areas including, but not limited to, Training, Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment, Customer Requirements, Procurement and support from other areas of the business
Identify and work to achieve meaningful and practical objectives in the course of duties that reflect and satisfy the overall needs of the TTS Project and wider business
