Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency and work with quality inspectors to identify defects
Assist with Production, New Product, and Processing Trials and Tests, as requested
Performing Mold Changes, Resin Changes, Purging, etc. for Machines and Setups
Performing scheduled and periodic Mold Preventive Maintenance, Cleaning, Polishing, Repairs, and Overhauls
Performing assembly, modifications, installation, and connection of auxiliary equipment as required for different line configurations and production requirements
Performing required Preventive Maintenance and Repairs on other Facility and Auxiliary Equipment and Systems
Comply with Quality and Environmental Management Systems Procedures and Work Instructions
Comply with all OSHA, Fire Safety, EPA and other regulatory guidelines and rules
