This position will involve representing client interests in a variety of legal matters relating to the utility industry, including representing our interests in litigation before the state public utility commission and related appeals, drafting of legal documents, legal analysis, and advising our client on regulatory and rate-related issues. State or federal appellate experience preferred. The candidate should possess a strong work ethic and have experience related to drafting of briefs and motions. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills are important. This position may also involve other assignments falling within the Regulatory Practice Section of the Legal Department.
