• Experience in healthcare with working knowledge of modified diets preferred
• High School Diploma or GED perferred
• Knowledge of batch cooking, preferably in a hospital or cafeteria setting
• Prior experience with modified diet and diet manual preferred
• Food Service Sanitation license
• Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils
• Basic knowledge of modified and therapeutic diets
• Previous experience working in hospital or long-term care facility kitchen
