- Work closely with department and PIs in the submission of internal paperwork to initiate clinical trial agreement negotiations, coordinating the submission of the internal documents, workplan, and budget
- Review internal documents and assign new agreements to Contract Manager and Budget Specialist
- Oversee the process of clinical trial agreement negotiations, track and communicate progress and work on issues as needed
- Act as liaison for PI/department, CTO and Sponsors
