Environmental Services Aide Job Description
- Support patient rights and the organization’s code of ethical behavior
- Clean and services patient and associated building areas
- Clean and remakes patient beds
- Cleans assigned areas by washing furniture, walls, doors, windows, ceilings, vents, beds, chairs, televisions and equipment with germicidal cleaning solutions (according to department policy)

- Cleans and disinfects all bathrooms and fixtures according to departmental guidelines
- Cleans and disinfects all patient rooms on a daily basis per departmental guidelines
- Performs all cleaning functions as scheduled (high and low dusting, disinfecting of all surfaces, window cleaning, dry and wet mopping.)
