- Recommends changes in all clinical areas and/or in general areas to improve patient flow, medical records, billing practices, and appointment practices
- Participates in some health fairs and other community-outreach programs in order to help increase patient volume
- Responds to patient’s questions or concerns via MyUHealthChart.com within required timeline
- Closes all patient encounters in the EMR system within required timeline
- Participates in outpatient consultation for specialty, which may include on call schedules
