- Be responsible for maintaining the expectations of the program, client and employee satisfaction, and provide disciplinary actions if needed

- Serve as an ambassador/liaison between the physician, the patient and the clinic staff
- Manage scheduling for the Medical Scribes for their respective department(s)
- Conduct quarterly Scribe performance reviews, compliance checks, & documentation audits
- Assist the Program Manager with recruitment, hiring, & on boarding of new Scribes
- Responsible for all training of newly hired Scribes

Medical SCRIBE Job Description
- This is NOT an internship, volunteer opportunity, or summer-only position
- Transcribe and document all aspects of clinical visits, as dictated by provider in real time
