- Revise, implement and oversee the Academy’s 5-day soccer curriculum
- Train, evaluate and develop the soccer staff which consists of 3-4 Master Coaches, 3-5 Head Coaches and 8-12 Assistant Coaches
- Oversee all aspects of Soccer operations at the Lawrence facility
