- Consulting with other claims professionals and Claims management on Large Losses and ensuring all steps are taken to achieve the best outcome for the client and XL
- Coordinate the on boarding process for approved subcontractors
- Maintain and update Expression of Interest (EOI) and Service Level Agreement SLA) documentation and amendments as required
