  • Coordinate project space requirements, communications, equipment, project library, and handle general facilities needs
  • Operate standard office equipment, copiers, and automation tools
  • Perform and/or assist with other general administrative secretarial duties as assigned
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including proper use of spelling, punctuation, grammar, and syntax
  • Must be able to take initiative and follow through on issues
  • Must be able to work well in a complex team environment
  • Must be able to share knowledge, and contribute to the project and administrative team goals

  • Must be familiar with Bechtel, client, and legal information management/records management requirements
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize administrative deliverables
  • Must have the right to work and remain in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime with little or no notice as necessary
  • Must have current experience performing records management and/or document control processes. Experience must have been obtained within the past 2 years
  • Must have experience using the Bechtel EDMS (InfoWorks, Aconex, etc). Experience must have been obtained within the past 2 years
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency using standard office automation tools, including Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word. Skills assessments to determine proficiency level may be administered
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency using web-based file transfer applications, such as SharePoint
  • Must be familiar with processing supplier documents using redlining and actions interface
  • Must be willing to travel to jobsite or other work locations as needed
