- Will complete SAP training
- Serve as lead administrator and super user in Livelink/Share Point document control system following the guidelines set forth in the Corporate Document Control Standards
- Facilitate the moving of current server content into the appropriate folders within the designed depository structure
- Work closely with Cortez site departments to ensure the folder structure, naming and document placement is correct and intuitive
