  • Cultivate and maintain deep up-to-date understanding of energy access market actors, trends, and financial innovation
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in social enterprise (finance-related roles), impact investing, venture philanthropy, or similar
  • Experience leading origination, financial modeling, and structuring
  • Demonstrated ability to forge partnerships and to independently develop and run projects in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Support energy access efforts with finance-related experience
