Perform data entry of donor forms as well as welcome calls for verification: The consultant must put donor data from the donor form in to a template Excel file per batch on daily basis. Then each donor data must be verified by contacting the donor to welcome him/her as a UNICEF donor and thank him/her for his/her generosity. As the expected result, all donor data is valid and ready for submission to UNICEF’s PFP unit for bank processing
Maintain accurate records of donation data. This is very important to ensure high approval rate of every donation. Data entry errors (especially credit card numbers), lead to rejection of transactions, delaying donation receipt
