  • Assist in achieving business unit Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan Regional or global objectives
  • Become the regional Supplier FBS trainer and coach for assigned region (Internal and External within the Global Supply Chain). Must pursue Master Black Belt certification in FBS tools
  • Drive the Kaizen way of life. Ensure 3 productive kaizen events per year with resulting in no less than 10% cost down, 20% PPM, 30% delivery improvement, or other approved event topic
  • Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture (globally and regionally).   • Basic Engineering knowledge in DOE, FMEA, SPC, Process Characterization, GR&R - Sufficient command of the principles of statistics and quality assurance systems, and PPAP. (required)
