- SLM: Request fulfillment, Change, Incident and Problem management
- Track issues in ESF / ICC SharePoint for Root Cause Analysis (problem)
- Development (Onboarding of new clients to existing solution already in production, Small enhancements to existing solutions in production)
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline is required. ITIL v2 or v3 Certification is optional
- Complete understanding of SDLC
- 5 years of IT related experience, mainly on development or application support
- Experience creating and deploying web services (SOAP), Java Core, JBDC knowledge/experience. SOAP, WSDL, XML/XSD skills, database skills using Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or Oracle
- Strong writing and English speaking skills are required
- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, time management, and self-leadership skills
- Ability to work within a team environment, be flexible on assignments and have a proven record of meeting or exceeding dates
- Adapt and follow ICC procedures and processes (based on ITIL)
