In addition, reports on individual financial staff performance related to revenue, backlog, close rates, origination, and pitch activity; industry group productivity reporting; provides of other management reporting such as board and sub-committee presentations
  • Prepares periodic and ad hoc financial reports, budgets and other analyses for management; presents recommendations for changes and/or improvements
  • Improving reporting capabilities thereby increasing managements visibility on the performance of the overall group business
  • Reviews and analyzes project information and reports on trends
  • Assists with developing strategic business plans and monitoring results of those plans
  • Contributes ideas and research on strategies to help the Business Unit achieve growth and market expansion goals
  • Develops and implements systems, policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation of the Business Unit
  • The emphasis of this position is on the day-to-day administration, although the incumbent will also provide input regarding strategic issues
  • On occasion may be required to assist with and execute marketing and business development projects
  • Undergraduate degree in business (concentration in Management, Accounting or Finance)
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to learn and communicate firm’s policies, standards and procedures
  • Prior experiences in working with and extracting relevant information from databases and other systems
  • Skill in fiscal management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies firm-wide
  • Knowledge of software to quantify and illustrate financial reports, comparisons, impacts, and/or projections
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals
