- Ability to provide quality customer service. Ability to interface with various levels of faculty, staff, departments, and external collaborators and business entities
- Knowledge of UCSF fund management policies and procedures related to clinical research coverage analysis and budgeting
- Proficiency with OnCore or similar Clinical Trials Management System
- Experience in an Academic Medical Center environment
