  • Achieving Internal and external KPI’s: DPA, Service, OSA, Inventory, Freshness, etc
  • Lead and develop a Team of direct reports, comprised of customer demand planners and CPFR analysts
  • Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills, combined with advanced communication skills
  • Advanced experience in MS Excel & PowerPoint. SAP experience is an asset
  • Experience with Lean Methodology a definite asset
  • A demonstrated understanding of the needs of Nestlé retail customer and consumers
  • Leadership experience in project management and/or leading a team
  • Strong teamwork skills, in addition to ability to work independently and manage relationships
