  • Develop the PMx coaching strategy and execute against the strategy. Craft the funding model to support the strategy along with management of the coaches including time, budget and deliverables. Collaborate/connect with PM and associated Sponsors through the coaching engagement
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and skill augmentation by collecting feedback from PMs to drive maturity
  • Responsible for the implementation of Supply Chain IT (SCIT) MSPS rollout linked to PMx. Assure that Microsoft Project Server (MSPS) for SCIT adheres to SDLC and other influences within the organization. Any changes must be clearly aligned with PMx
  • Promote global awareness and compliance regarding PMx as a standard project methodology. Actively participate in supporting the longer-term sustainability model
  • Chair the extended team advisory and project delivery excellence extended team
  • Participate as the PMx core team member and commit to the ongoing improvement of the PMx solution and service
  • Collaborate with AS on delivery excellence and service offerings
  • Evolve the role and career path of the project manager to position project management as a key role in the organization with growth opportunities
  • Broaden the PM skillset to drive industry level proficiency and talent
  • Facilitate project health check reviews per PMx standards and industry standard practices
  • Drive PMx adoption as a change agent for project delivery excellence
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience (minimum of 8 years) is required
  • A minimum of 5 years IT Project Management or Program Management experience is required
  • Hands on experience using Microsoft Project required
  • Large program management knowledge desirable (cross-sectional and investment >$10MM)
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with experience managing projects and programs
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, and instructional skills required
  • Highly motivated, self-directed leader is required
  • MSPS knowledge is preferred
  • Experience working across diverse, indirect global teams is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of PMx is desirable but not required
  • Knowledge of Agile SCRUM is preferred
