- Ensures a seamless cross-functional and cross affiliate image is presented to dealers in the resolution of problems or issues
- Provides relationship management and ensures implementation of action plans for credit workout or asset disposal of troubled dealership loans
- Fifteen or more years of retail and commercial auto finance experience/automotive sales and marketing at a professional level, including financial services management and commercial/consumer credit experience
- Preferred prior experiences include roles as a Dealer Operations Manager; Fixed Operations Manager; Regional or National experience as a Planner or Manager in Sales and Marketing; NNA National experience in Sales and Marketing, NESNA experience and Finance
- Five or more years in a managerial role, providing strategy, vision and direction
- Activities of subordinates or contractors varied considerably in objective and content and encompassed more than one discipline
- Comprehensive knowledge of consumer and commercial dealer lending and dealership financial operations. Solid knowledge of business analysis
- Outstanding relationship management and presentation skills. Outstanding skills in leadership, performance management and the ability to foster teamwork
- Strong decision-making skills
- Possesses a results orientation and is a creative thinker
- Computer proficient
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
- Able to travel 50% day and overnight
