Help VSDN and Partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization
Work with design resources (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the development team
Mentor and train other PMs to help them learn agile/XP methods and build skills
Identify potential success stories and share with communications team
Help innovate and iterate on agile PM processes and share the learnings
5+ years of Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, or Project Manager experience
Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features
Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others
Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and Business Partners
Experience with Pivotal Tracket or CA Agile Central (Rally) or similar Agile Tools
Experience with Lean methodology
Familiar with extreme programming, test-driven development, pairing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and related techniques
Great written and verbal communication skills, capable of public speaking and presenting in front of customers, IT management, etc
Comfortable in new situations with new clients
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (CSC, ENG) or Master’s Degree in a technical field (CSC, ENG)
