- Effectively and accurately produce all reports related to GSN Operational Risk Events, Corrective Actions, and related activities
- Develop and implement automated tools for data collection, data aggregation and report publication for GSN Issue Management as well as GSN senior leaders
- Perform analyses to determine and communicate areas of greatest risk and concern, including cross-pollination of data
- Identify improvements and insights, and develop plans for implementation and communication, based on organizational goals and priorities
- Ensure a consistent look and feel to all reports, to develop a 'brand' for Issue Management communications
- Partner closely with GSN and Issue Management Colleagues to ensure understanding of how Issue Management reporting integrates with other executive reports
- Within six months, become well-versed in Operational Risk and Compliance practices, in order to effectively manage Operational Risk Events and Corrective Actions for GSN

- Strong and demonstrated experience with business intelligence; ability to analyze and interpret and synthesize data, and effectively and accurately communicate results to all stakeholders (colleagues, leaders and executives), including deliverables, conclusions, and recommendations
- Expert-level, demonstrated experience in developing user interfaces and developing data acquisition and merging processes using MS Access / Visual Basic (mandatory)
