Sound understanding of distribution operations
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess strong leadership and management skills
Ability to construct and carry out plans within given timetables
Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify problems, trends, develop solutions and implement a course of action
Strong attention to detail and possess the quality of being precise
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and persuade others to effect change is especially important
Strong computer skills are essential
