  • Identify the need for, document, and update department procedures with approval from the supervisor or manager
  • Assist with rollout support during an implementation
  • Minimum of 2+ years customer service experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience using operator commands for DOS, Linux/Unix or VOS
  • Minimum of 2+ years computer operations experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in troubleshooting and resolving process failures on the
  • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience: Linux/Unix, Stratus VOS, TCP/IP and Windows O/S
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others in a customer facing support role
