- Work under the direction of the Voice Solver Team to be the on-site support to resolve issues with Telco Equipment
- Work with local telecommunications carriers to be the on-site support to resolve issues with the telecommunications carriers’ circuits

- Provide a physical presence to assist the Firewall Solver Team to identify and resolve any firewall issues
