Collaborate with Cost Engineering to estimate product costs, recommend cost reduction options, and drive team to cost decisions
Gather and report accurate information for the key stake holders to make informed decisions
Lead product review meetings
Communicate project details with Hasbro Far East/Domestic engineering as well as other global development, marketing and operational partners
B.S. Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
1-3 years experience working in the toy and/or consumer goods industry preferred
Prior experience with Far East vendors preferred
Self-motivation, excellent communication and follow through skills required
