- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Confluence, Clarity, Visio or Lucid Chart business process mapping experience a plus
- Possess analytical skills---work independently and across teams to drive process improvement and perform analysis in order to make recommendations for new standards or updated standards to be implemented across multiple teams
- Work independently without frequent supervision to prioritize tasks, evaluate impact and perform job duties based on provided guidelines
