- Obtain and maintain technical knowledge of aircraft and support systems, and provide liaison for customer, TA Defense functional departments, and suppliers to assure ongoing operational support
- Act as a focal for U.S. Government interface supporting all Sustainment related technical issues and assist in development of customer support concepts.
