  • Manage your team’s workload and co-ordinating roles and activities in the most appropriate, efficient way to ensure the maximum quality of output of all IT projects that fall within your team’s remit
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate resource and talent allocation to ensure the team are able to deliver on projects within strict timeframes and to a high standard
  • Champion Agile, Scrum, KANBAN, Lean and rise to the challenge of assisting traditional delivery teams to adapt to a newer way of working
  • Establish clear and consistent best practice techniques and ways of working across all business analysis activities within the project lifecycle – lead by example
  • Define and maintain the framework for BA competencies and drive continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration across the Business Analyst community
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and guidance to team members
  • Work alongside the BA Manager to facilitate the establishment of team structure and roles, hiring and on-boarding capable and experienced Business Analysts
