  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Drive, orchestrate and implement the identified HC projects across stakeholders with wider impact to the organization/ increased complexity/scope ensuring successful execution and generation of expected benefits
  • This includes App / FTW specific projects
  • Allocation Management including allocation process, structure, system and format, allocation monitoring, reporting and aligning with key stakeholders
  • Visualization of allocations (graphs, shares, …) as contribution to milestone meeting presentations
  • Concept Coding Management including definition of logic & hierarchy, alignment throughout system landscape and stakeholders, teaching key stakeholders in functions and/or categories
  • PROCESS MANAGEMENT: Initiate and plan business process(es) within HC project framework, ensure flawless integration into the overarching brand milestone architecture
  • This includes App / FTW specific tasks
  • Seasonal HC Process & Calendar Management and Communication to the HC team, incl. integration into Brand Milestone process & timing
  • Act as HC process champ towards MOPS
  • PROJECT CHARTER/ OBJECTIVES: Define project charter, incl scope, deliverables and objectives based on framework and within the given brand direction for onboarding new FTW concepts
  • TRACKING: ensure successful project and process tracking
  • COMMUNICATION: Drive project and process communication with stakeholders. Prepare communication to upper management, Steering Board and Sponsors
  • SUPPORT ROLE: act as expert and become the go to person for Project & Process Management within the HC team, and stakeholders from your key relationships
  • Specialist in project management with increased complexity and a large scope of key stakeholders
  • Process creation, process maintenance or process management experience
  • Business or technical skills with expert knowledge in some areas of work or systems (business champ)
  • Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
  • Dealing with complexity, ability to work across a large number of stakeholders
  • Analytical & interpretation skills for complex sets of data
  • Excellent communication skills, messenger of clear frameworks and guidelines
