  • Accountable for department’s adherence to regulatory compliance and bank policies and procedures. Ensures team meets quality and service expectations while acting in accordance with all applicable laws and rules
  • 2 years post high school education or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years’ work experience in a financial services role including previous leadership experience
  • Possess a strong acumen for the following skills
  • Direct supervision of non-exempt team leads, senior specialists and specialists
  • May provide back-up support to other area leaders
