  • Ensure delivery of good customer service through delivery of consistent, well documented, configuration and support of agreed SharePoint and solutions
  • Complete all 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support issues/problems for SharePoint to agreed SLAs across all SharePoint farms with priority to Canada farms
  • Ensure any configuration and development work is completed and tested within agreed timescales and delivered to the standard and/or management application agreed with the Line Manager, Quality & Test Lead and Change Manager
