Certification and management of EASA Part 145

Efficient use of Company resources (staff, Contractors, Spares, consumables, facilities)
Aircraft systems, maintenance processes and modification programmes experience
Leadership or Supervisory experience
Competent understanding of SMS
Competent understanding of project planning principles
Competent IT skills
Competent communication skills, both verbal & written
Rotary wing Line & Base maintenance experience
Current knowledge of EASA Part M & Part 145 regulations
EASA Part 66 B1.3 Licence
Type Rating EC135/145 or similar
